Marketing and Sales Executive

Greenland Concepts Nigeria Limited (GCNL) is seeking an ambitious, high-performing Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate new business opportunities, and contribute significantly to revenue growth in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct marketing
• Market and sell the company's real estate products and investment opportunities
• Conduct property inspections and client presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring seamless customer experience
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales reports
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and property showcases
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in real estate sales
• Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market (advantageous)
