Blue Earth Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying and converting leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate investment products and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow up qualified leads for the investment product, PropertyVest.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable investment options.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales updates.
• Represent the organization professionally at exhibitions, networking events, and business engagements.
• Ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through transaction completion.
• Handle objections and follow up until sales are closed.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Respond to inquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
• Maintain timely and professional follow-up routines.
• Promote Blue Earth Properties through online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Provide weekly reports on clients’ feedback, market opportunities, and marketing performance.
• Suggest new marketing ideas to increase visibility, investment and sales.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Follow up on documentation, payments, and other processes.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and referral rate.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
• Leaving in Surulere or its environs is preferable.
