Senior Social Media & Paid Ads Manager

Resortlife.travel is a travel-tech company that has been booking Maldives resort holidays since 2006 and now represents over 180 resorts. We're looking for an experienced social media and paid ads manager to grow our audience and turn attention into enquiries and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and X, from audiences and creative testing to budgets and reporting
• Own our social content strategy across Instagram, TikTok and X, with short-form video at the centre
• Spot the ideas, trends and formats that can take our resorts and products viral, and turn them into clear creative briefs
• Set up and look after tracking with the Meta pixel and GA4, and report on what drives enquiries and bookings
• Test, measure and scale what works, and cut what doesn't

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional social media and paid ads experience
• Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and X Ads, with the budgets you managed and the ROAS or CPA results you achieved
• At least one campaign or account you grew or took viral, with numbers (for example reach, views, follower growth, engagement or sales)
• Strong short-form video and content strategy skills for Instagram, TikTok and X
• Solid analytics: Meta pixel, GA4 and clear performance reporting
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a similar field, or equivalent proof of results
• Travel, hospitality or lifestyle brand work is a plus
• Good English and comfort working remotely to deadlines

Salary

• US$500–1,000 per month (CTC US$6,000–12,000/year)
