Accountant

Prime Life Transform Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, including accurate record-keeping, payroll processing, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage the company's accounting system (QuickBooks)
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, cash flow analyses, and provide financial insights
• Process staff salaries, generate payslips, and compute consultant commissions
• Generate invoices, receipts, manage client payment plans, and monitor outstanding payments
• Verify sales transactions, customer payments, and supporting documentation
• Process supplier payments, cheques, bank transfers, and statutory remittances
• Coordinate with the Managing Director on product procurement, inventory funding, and stock-related documentation
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory regulations
• Safeguard company funds and assets through proper financial controls and confidentiality

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years' accounting experience, preferably in sales-driven, retail, trading, or distribution organisations
• Hands-on experience with payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity

Preferred: Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent); membership of a relevant professional accounting body
