Customer Service/Front of House Officer (NYSC)

Nicole Sinclair Consulting is hiring a Customer Service/Front of House Officer for their Lagos office. This is a NYSC service-year placement role ideal for recent graduates seeking professional experience in customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients at the front desk, manage inquiries, coordinate administrative tasks, and deliver excellent customer service in a professional environment.

Requirements

• Minimum HND/Bachelor's degree qualification
• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Professional appearance and customer service orientation
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or administrative roles is advantageous
• Interest in fitness, wellness, and hospitality is an added advantage

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
