A qualified and passionate educator to deliver structured, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The role involves creating a safe and stimulating learning environment, monitoring child development, and maintaining strong communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, play-based lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework and statutory learning goals.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and organized indoor and outdoor classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Monitor, record, and evaluate children's development, maintaining up-to-date profiles and progress reports.
• Ensure the health, safety, and emotional well-being of every child at all times.
• Build positive relationships with families, holding progress discussions and advising parents on home-learning support.
• Work effectively alongside nursery nurses, teaching assistants, and other multi-agency professionals.
