Isurf Global Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated Loan Collection Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to facilitate loan recovery and maintaining accurate records of all transactions and communications.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
• Proximity to Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, is essential.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Overtime Saturdays a month.
• Immediate Resumption Required.

Salary:

• Gross Salary: 70,000 per month.
• Food Bonus, Transportation Bonus, Transport Subsidy and Full Attendance Bonus (All prorated based on attendance)
• Performance Bonus
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
