Sales Officer (Medical Line)

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Officer to support sales activities within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will promote medical products, maintain customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, retailers, distributors, and other customers
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales leads
• Ensure proper product visibility and availability within customer locations
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
• 1–3 years of sales experience
• Previous experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, or field sales (advantageous)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer relationship management abilities
• Basic negotiation and persuasion skills
