Corporate Marketer

Endlex Properties & Development Ltd is seeking a full-time Corporate Marketer to drive business development and client engagement in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage corporate clients and institutions
• Conduct market research and develop marketing pitches and proposals
• Schedule and attend client meetings, property inspections, and site visits
• Follow up on leads and close sales deals
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to prepare marketing materials
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports
• Contribute ideas to improve corporate marketing strategies
• Ensure positive client experience throughout the engagement process

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field
• Strong corporate marketing, sales, and business development skills
• Proven experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation
• Understanding of real estate or related industries
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and meetings simultaneously
• Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt and travel locally
• Results-oriented mindset with integrity and willingness to learn
• Relevant work experience in corporate marketing or real estate is an advantage
