Area Sales Manager

Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets across Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, and Ogun State. Build and maintain relationships with key customers including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors. Prepare sales reports and conduct training for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Territory Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland and Ogun State territories.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales, volume, and prescription targets for assigned products.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis
• Training: Conduct field coaching, product training and sales presentations for the sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences/Natural Sciences, or any related field.
• Minimum of at least 2 years in a supervisory/ASM role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Lagos/Ogun and East territories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
