Corporate Sales Executive
Jobberman Nigeria Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring SME clients across manufacturing, fintech, and professional services sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire SME clients across the manufacturing, fintech, and professional services sectors to drive new business growth
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, contract closure, and account handover
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, delivering tailored solutions that address client business challenges and objectives
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators through effective pipeline management and strategic account planning
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless implementation, high customer satisfaction, and long-term account retention
- Generate 40–80+ new SME and mid-size opportunities quarterly through cold outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, networking events, and industry forums
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years B2B SME sales experience
- More than 80% of revenue generated through self-generated cold outreach
- Experience selling directly to Owner-Managers, CEOs, and Heads of HR
- Experience selling intangible financial and professional services/products
- Consistently delivered 90–130% of new prospect targets over the last 3 consecutive years
- Must have managed a defined geographical and sectoral territory
- Must possess a personal SME business pipeline worth over ₦500M
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian SME market
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
- High resilience and comfort with rejection and gatekeepers
- Ability to make 50–80+ targeted calls/emails daily when required
- Strong consultative and challenger sales approach
- Strong closing and negotiation skills with minimal discounting
- Pipeline discipline with accurate CRM forecasting
- Data-driven decision making
Salary & Compensation
- Monthly Gross: ₦800,000
- Variable Commission: ₦21,000,000 annually
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₦30,000,000 annually
- Annual New Business Target: ₦300,000,000
