Sales Operations Officer

PalmPay is seeking a Sales Operations Officer to provide operational, analytical, and system support to its fintech sales teams. You will ensure accurate reporting, smooth agent onboarding, and effective coordination of sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage sales and agent data across CRM and fintech platforms
• Prepare daily and monthly sales, transaction, and performance reports
• Support agent onboarding documentation and KYC verification processes
• Track sales KPIs, transaction trends, and agent performance metrics
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams
• Support sales incentive tracking and reconciliation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, statistics, or related field
• 1–3 years' experience in sales operations or fintech support roles
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
