Field Sales Marketer

A dynamic and driven Field Sales Marketer is needed to promote the company's telemedicine platform through direct engagement with clients. This role involves prospecting, outreach, and relationship management to drive sales and user acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Direct Prospecting & Sales: Identify and engage individuals, pharmacies, clinics, PMVs, and corporate clients.
• On-the-Ground Outreach: Conduct door-to-door, market, community, and event-based awareness campaigns.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Maintain a lead pipeline and coordinate with logistics for product fulfillment.
• Reporting & Market Intelligence: Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports and collect customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND (Degree/HND is an advantage).
• Previous experience in field sales, pharmaceutical distribution, health-tech, or FMCG direct selling is preferred.
• Smartphone literacy and familiarity with local territory dynamics.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Salary

• Pure commission model with uncapped earning potential and performance bonuses.
