Digital Marketing Officer

Smart Partners Consulting Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into customers for ERP Solutions and ISO Learning Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to promote ERP Solutions and ISO Learning Solutions
• Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, and marketing funnels
• Qualify, nurture, and convert marketing leads into sales opportunities through effective follow-up, email marketing, and CRM management
• Plan, execute, and optimize both organic and paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic
• Create engaging, conversion-driven content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, audience targeting, campaign performance, and marketing automation
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and optimize ROI
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and product positioning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategy, lead generation, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, CRM, marketing analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Salary

N200,000 Net Monthly
