About the role

Direct Sales Executive

Berekka Consulting Limited is seeking a high-performing and motivated Direct Sales Executive to drive sales, engage customers, close deals, and consistently meet targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Approach potential customers and introduce company products or services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and meetings
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Develop strategies to increase sales performance and market share
  • Draft and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals

Requirements

  • Minimum OND qualification in any relevant field
  • At least 1 year of work experience (sales experience is an advantage)
  • Fluent in English
  • Full-time availability (8 AM – 5 PM)

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: NGN 70,000 – 150,000 monthly plus commission
