About the role

Customer Service Email - Supervisor

Leadway Properties and Investment is hiring a Customer Service Email Supervisor to manage client inquiries and insurance-related communications via email in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally to general business and life insurance queries via email using A365 and Dynamics CRM
  • Educate clients on business and life insurance products tailored to their needs
  • Provide accurate information on insurance policies, coverage options, and premium rates
  • Generate quotes for motor and travel insurance policies
  • Issue travel certificates and manage policy renewals
  • Communicate payment confirmations for new policies and renewals
  • Send manual renewal notifications via email
  • Coordinate with underwriting for endorsements and claims teams for claim registration and processing

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Social Sciences
  • Master's degree or customer service certification (preferred)

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–5+ years in customer service
  • Ability to manage difficult customers and ambiguous complaints
  • High professionalism and confidentiality standards
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management
  • Collaborative team player
