About the role
Customer Service Email - Supervisor
Leadway Properties and Investment is hiring a Customer Service Email Supervisor to manage client inquiries and insurance-related communications via email in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to general business and life insurance queries via email using A365 and Dynamics CRM
- Educate clients on business and life insurance products tailored to their needs
- Provide accurate information on insurance policies, coverage options, and premium rates
- Generate quotes for motor and travel insurance policies
- Issue travel certificates and manage policy renewals
- Communicate payment confirmations for new policies and renewals
- Send manual renewal notifications via email
- Coordinate with underwriting for endorsements and claims teams for claim registration and processing
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Social Sciences
- Master's degree or customer service certification (preferred)
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1–5+ years in customer service
- Ability to manage difficult customers and ambiguous complaints
- High professionalism and confidentiality standards
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management
- Collaborative team player
