About the role
Customer Service Representative
Pagatech Limited is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming customer inquiries across multiple channels and provide excellent service support.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via telephone, chat, and face-to-face communication
- Answer incoming calls in a pleasant and professional manner
- Understand and explain Paga products and services to customers
- Document all customer inquiries and calls accurately for reporting
- Fill out customer complaint forms and follow the complaint resolution process
- Monitor call tracking and ensure timely responses and call returns
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate unsolved issues to appropriate teams
- Follow up on all customer interactions within 24 hours
- Conduct weekly agent outlet visitations
- Maintain and submit weekly activity reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Care Manager or Supervisor
Requirements
- 1–2 years of work experience in a call centre and customer service environment
- University degree or HND equivalent
- Completed mandatory NYSC service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and telephone skills
- Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recognize and manage assertive and irate customers
- Good product knowledge
- Computer literacy with accurate and timely data entry ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability
