About the role

Customer Service Representative

Pagatech Limited is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming customer inquiries across multiple channels and provide excellent service support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via telephone, chat, and face-to-face communication
  • Answer incoming calls in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Understand and explain Paga products and services to customers
  • Document all customer inquiries and calls accurately for reporting
  • Fill out customer complaint forms and follow the complaint resolution process
  • Monitor call tracking and ensure timely responses and call returns
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate unsolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Follow up on all customer interactions within 24 hours
  • Conduct weekly agent outlet visitations
  • Maintain and submit weekly activity reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Care Manager or Supervisor

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of work experience in a call centre and customer service environment
  • University degree or HND equivalent
  • Completed mandatory NYSC service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening and telephone skills
  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to recognize and manage assertive and irate customers
  • Good product knowledge
  • Computer literacy with accurate and timely data entry ability
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability
