HR Manager (Talent, Outsourcing & Strategic Business Partnering)

Peakvista Management Services is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, end-to-end outsourcing, policy development, and strategic business partnering. The role reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and end-to-end outsourcing
• Develop and implement HR policies
• Act as a strategic business partner

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience (professional services background required)
• CIPM certification (essential); SHRM, CIPD, or PHRi (added advantage)
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, outsourcing lifecycle, Labour Act, & NDPA 2023

Salary ₦750,000 – ₦1,000,000 gross monthly (based on experience)
