Digital Marketer

Pella Group is seeking a Digital Marketer to plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and optimize for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize for leads and conversions
• Develop SEO strategies and improve website performance
• Manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
• Monitor campaign analytics and prepare monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO
• Strong understanding of content marketing and lead generation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
