Beauty Consultant

Role Overview

Kedi Healthcare Industries (Nigeria) Limited is seeking a Beauty Consultant for their skincare brand, ALOE HOUSE. The role involves connecting with customers, providing expert beauty consultations, and confidently promoting and selling premium Aloe Vera-based products.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by actively promoting and selling ALOE HOUSE skincare products to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Offer exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to identify customer needs and recommend the perfect products.
• Perform facial service and product demonstrations to introduce, showcase, and promote our products.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
• Support promotional activities, manage the day-to-day activities of the shop, ensure smooth operations, and maintain an attractive, well-stocked store environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, beauty retail, or a related customer-facing role with sales targets.
• HND or Bachelor's Degree in any field/discipline.
• Ability to understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products to drive sales.
• Genuine interest in skincare and helping customers achieve their beauty goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales.
• Comfortable and willing to perform facial and skincare consultations as a sales tool.
