Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team at XL Homes Realty in Lagos. You will design engaging graphics for digital and print media, create marketing materials, and develop branding assets that align with our company identity.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for digital and print media
• Create marketing materials, social media creatives, flyers, brochures, and presentations
• Develop branding materials aligned with company identity
• Collaborate with Marketing and Media team on campaign execution
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other creative assets as required
• Deliver designs on time and ensure compliance with brand standards
• Stay updated with current design trends and best practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work (highly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (added advantage)
