Logistics / Fleet Coordinator

NLIGHTIN is seeking a Logistics / Fleet Coordinator to oversee and optimize vehicle leasing operations, ensuring efficient fleet allocation, utilization, maintenance, vendor management, and compliance with operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle leasing, allocation, deployment, and return for company operations and client projects
• Manage leasing vendors, contracts, vehicle maintenance, and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, HSE standards, insurance requirements, and company policies
• Track vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vendor performance

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5–6 years’ experience in logistics, fleet management, or vehicle leasing operations, preferably in oil & gas or construction
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, analytical, and cost management skills
• Proficiency in logistics and fleet management software
• Knowledge of HSE standards related to transport operations
• Willingness to travel to project sites and vendor locations
