Head Of Strategy & Operations
Intersect Consortium is seeking a Head of Strategy & Operations to shape the organization's direction and ensure that strategy translates into execution across the organization. This role involves overseeing strategic planning, implementing OKR frameworks, and providing operational support to the UK clinic.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Intersect Consortium's overall strategy.
- Own the coordination and governance of the Consortium's OKR framework.
- Work with departments to develop meaningful Key Results.
- Monitor organizational performance against strategic objectives.
- Provide structured operational support to the UK clinic.
- Develop and document administrative and operational processes.
- Support Executive Management in developing, communicating, and executing the strategic direction of the organization.
- Coordinate strategic planning sessions and conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify execution gaps and recommend corrective action.
- Facilitate OKR-setting sessions and challenge Key Results that are vague or difficult to measure.
- Ensure departmental OKRs support the Consortium's overall strategic objectives.
- Maintain a centralized OKR tracker/dashboard and establish OKR review cycles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategy and operations management.
- Strong understanding of OKR frameworks and strategic planning.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in supporting remote operations or international projects.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into measurable actions.
