Direct Sales Executive - Manufacturing

Ascentech Services Limited is hiring a Direct Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the building materials, ceramics, or manufacturing sector. You'll manage client relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand market presence through proactive B2B engagement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Engage in proactive customer relationship management and business development
• Conduct B2B and channel sales negotiations
• Present products and solutions to prospective clients
• Maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in building materials, ceramics, or manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of B2B and channel sales processes
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills

Salary

Commission on performance, car fueling and servicing
