Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Lagos. This hybrid role blends strategic marketing support with direct customer engagement, requiring strong communication and sales abilities to drive measurable outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools to generate and convert leads
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with excellent phone etiquette to engage prospects and clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and customer interactions
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and market feedback to optimize results Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Proven proficiency with CRM software and data-driven marketing approaches
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Fluency in English; Yoruba language proficiency is an added advantage
• Must be adaptable, proactive, and highly organized

Restrictions: Both genders / between 25-35 years ( experience is very key) Fluent in English, Yoruba language is added advantage since they'll be based in Lagos)
