Sales / Investment Advisor

We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales in real estate, hospitality and logistics business. The role involves developing marketing and sales strategies, implementing marketing plans to achieve sales targets, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research to have proper understanding of the market and target audience.
• Designing and implementing marketing strategies/plans to achieve sales target.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintaining good customer relationship management
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
• Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
