Assistant Sales Manager - Kaduna

BONS Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead and support the sales team in Kaduna. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, guiding and motivating the sales team, and ensuring that targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Guiding, motivating, and supervising the sales team, providing incentives to help them meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets.
• Monitoring the daily performance of the sales team, conducting regular check-ins and performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues or conflicts.
• Coordinating day-to-day sales operations, including creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate floor coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years cognitive experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Driving experience required.
