Marketing Execution Lead – Key Accounts Channel

The Role

The Marketing Execution Lead – Key Accounts (KAs) is responsible for the end-to-end execution of channel-specific marketing plans across Modern Trade and Key Account customers in Nigeria (Supermarkets, QSR, PFM). You will work closely with the Key Account sales team and Channel Marketing Manager to translate commercial priorities into best-in-class in-store execution, driving superior visibility, availability, and activation excellence at point-of-sale.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with KA sales team, Portfolio Managers, and TCCC channel teams to design and continuously adapt the Business Plan using internal and external market data
  • Develop market and potential analysis with TCCC and Sales teams
  • Execute operationalized brand initiatives by channel, track impact, and proactively course correct to deliver business targets
  • Drive standard execution of marketing campaigns, shopper promotions, and PICOS across Key Account FC/IC channels using local and global best practices
  • Maintain aligned activation calendar for priority customers and lead customized displays, POSMs, and shopper programs execution (on time and in full delivery)
  • Participate in KA customer annual joint business planning and quarterly reviews

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience
  • 3+ years proven experience in Trade marketing, Shopper marketing, or Channel marketing
  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade/Key Accounts environment including merchandising execution and POSM deployment
  • Strategy development experience
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Strong communication and data analytical skills
  • Innovative, flexible, and open-minded personality
