Marketing Lecturer

Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Marketing Lecturer to teach and manage academic programmes at a polytechnic institution in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Manage taught programmes, including oversight of day-to-day operational processes (timetabling, assessment, examination systems) and programme accreditation
• Ensure programme design and delivery comply with quality standards and polytechnic regulations
• Contribute to the development of academic processes and learning/teaching strategies across the institution
• Teach a range of marketing materials using innovative and appropriate teaching techniques
• Monitor student progress and provide advice and guidance to personal tutors and students
• Undertake and contribute to research activities, conducting individual or collaborative scholarly projects
• Lead collaborative research and enterprise activities with demonstrable impact
• Engage in knowledge generation, exchange, and transfer activities
• Provide academic leadership to programme teams and contribute to overall School/Faculty management
• Contribute to team and individual development through performance review processes

Requirements

• Minimum BSc in Marketing
• Preferably resident in Lagos (Ogba, Ikeja, or Berger areas)
• Master's degree in Marketing is an advantage
• Previous lecturing experience is an advantage
