Marketing Content Manager
LawPavilion Business Solutions is seeking a commercially driven Content Marketer who operates at the intersection of content, strategy, and revenue by creating content that educates, converts, and scales measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop separate content strategies for B2B and B2C audiences
- Develop and execute a mixed content marketing strategy to support customer lifecycle engagement across awareness, consideration, decision, and retention stages.
- Create high-value, product-embedded content (guides, case studies, webinars, email sequences, sales enablement, ebooks, landing page copy and blog posts)
- Ensure content is tied to revenue: MQLs generated, pipeline influenced, content-assisted deals, organic traffic growth
- Conduct regular keyword research, optimise content for high-intent SEO and carry out on-page optimisation
- Identify content gaps through competitor analysis and implement search intent mapping
- Monitor content performance and continuously iterate based on data
- Collaborate with the designer on visual content that enhances SEO and ensure distribution across channels
- Manage multiple products simultaneously, working with stakeholders, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
- Develop and manage an editorial content calendar aligned with sales priorities and product launches
Requirements:
- 2-4 years B2B content marketing experience (SaaS/tech/professional services preferred)
- Exceptional writing skills across formats, with a portfolio demonstrating range
- Demonstrated success (through metrics) in creating engaging, quality content that drives conversions and contributes to pipeline growth
- SEO proficiency: keyword research, optimization, organic growth strategy
- Translate complex tech features into clear value propositions
- Strategic mindset connecting content to revenue outcomes
- Data-driven approach with analytics and A/B testing experience
- Legal background or experience writing legal content
- Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
