Business Development Associate

Detail and Ave Media is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to support business growth through lead and revenue generation, client acquisition, and engagement. You will work in a hybrid capacity from our Costain office, collaborating with internal teams and attending networking events.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and revenue for the company
• Drive business growth through lead generation and client acquisition
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline
• Conduct market research and prepare proposals/pitches
• Prospect, follow up, and support client onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend networking events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and research skills
• Experience in media, branding, marketing, or consulting is a plus

Salary

₦300,000 per month
