HR Generalist

An HR Generalist is needed for a high-end fashion house in Surulere, Lagos. This role involves managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
• Ability to work any 5 days between Monday and Saturday
• Reside around Yaba/Surulere

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000/month
