About the role

Sales Agent – Peace Global Logistics LLC

We are hiring Sales Agents to drive vehicle sales and customer engagement at our dealership. You will be responsible for identifying and converting leads, presenting products, negotiating deals, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers through online platforms, referrals, showroom visits, and networking events to generate qualified sales leads
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting key features, specifications, performance, and competitive advantages
  • Conduct effective price negotiations, prepare sales proposals, and close deals while achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers through exceptional service and follow-up communication
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new vehicle models
  • Coordinate with administrative, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery, documentation, and registration
  • Assist in managing vehicle inventory, maintaining showroom displays, and ensuring vehicles are clean, well-presented, and accurately priced
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and conversions using CRM software
  • Guide customers through financing options, insurance packages, and payment plans
  • Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while representing the brand professionally

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in automotive or related field
  • Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills
  • Ability to use CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Professional brand representation and compliance with regulations
