Subsea Well Superintendent

The Subsea Well Superintendent ensures full compliance with COMPANY's policies, standards, code of conduct, and HSE requirements while providing operational leadership across subsea activities. This role involves technical support to onshore teams and contractors, supervising offshore operations, and ensuring safe and efficient well delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE rules, company standards, and ethical requirements.
• Provide supervisory oversight to offshore subsea supervisors and support Drilling/Rig Superintendents.
• Supervise up to 15 service contractor personnel per operation.
• Support the delivery of 8–10 deepwater wells annually through planning and coordination.
• Collaborate with HSE, FOPS, HQ, C&P, finance, logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Risk Assessments (RA) for activities.
• Prepare and participate in contractor audits and ensure proper spares management.
• Interface with DW Stock control for material tracking.
• Drive a LEAN, 3C, cost rationalization, and continuous improvement culture.

Requirements:

• Certified (IWCF) and experienced in loss of well control prevention.
• Demonstrated commitment to HSE policies and procedures.
• Experience in deep water environments (up to 1600m).
• Strong leadership and technical oversight skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
