Personnel Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our people strategy and drive organizational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive people strategy and HR operations
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Build and manage a high-performing workforce
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, health & safety

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Relevant HR professional certification(s)
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, health & safety, performance management, and HR operations
• Must reside in Sango Ota or nearby environs
