Lily Hospitals Limited is seeking a neat, responsible, hardworking, and service-oriented Male Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, assist with serving meals, set up and clear dining areas, and support the kitchen team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas, including dining, kitchen, office, and other designated spaces.
• Assist with serving meals, beverages, and refreshments to staff, guests, and other authorized persons.
• Set up and clear dining areas before and after meals.
• Wash and properly store dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and other service items.
• Assist with basic kitchen and housekeeping duties as required.
• Ensure tables, chairs, floors, counters, and other areas are kept clean and presentable.
• Support the kitchen team during meal preparation and service when required.
• Replenish water, beverages, and other service items.
• Handle cleaning materials and equipment appropriately.
• Report damaged equipment, shortages, or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, safety, and workplace standards.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a steward, cleaner, waiter, hospitality attendant, or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Must be male.
• Must be neat, presentable, respectful, and physically fit.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate good personal hygiene and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• The ideal candidate should be disciplined, courteous, reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn, with a strong commitment to cleanliness and excellent service.
