Guest Service Agent/Receptionist
We are recruiting a Guest Service Agent/Receptionist for a hotel in Ajah, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel receptionist experience and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and front desk support
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
- Manage receptionist duties using computer systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist (mandatory)
- Computer proficiency
- Hardworking and well-presented
- Strong customer service skills
Salary & Benefits:
