After-Sales Technical Supervisor

Lead and manage the workshop floor at MeWe Electronics, overseeing technical repairs, quality compliance, and customer escalations for premium smart home appliances.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily repair queues to maintenance technicians
• Handle complex technical faults on premium smart home appliances
• Train technical staff on new appliance models and digital diagnostic tools
• Interface directly with customers regarding high-level technical complaints
• Ensure repair quality compliance and monitor turnaround times for all appliance maintenance
