Direct Sales Agent

Catilas Resources Limited is recruiting Direct Sales Agents to drive customer acquisition and promote banking products and services across multiple locations in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for banking products
• Actively market and sell assigned banking products to individuals and businesses
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and referrals

Requirements

• Minimum OND qualification in any discipline with lower credit
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
• Age limit: 30 years or below

Salary

N107,000 per month plus commission

Benefits: HMO, 13th Month bonus, Leave allowance
