About the role

Boutique Sales Manager – Kloverharris Limited

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Boutique Sales Manager to lead our luxury retail sales operations. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and deliver exceptional client experiences in the luxury watch and jewelry sector.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic planning, clientelling, and sourcing new clients
  • Manage and develop high-performing sales teams with consistent coaching and performance feedback
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs)
  • Revive dormant accounts and resuscitate past corporate and government accounts
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and client shopping behaviors
  • Ensure product knowledge and training across all team members on current collections
  • Maintain visual merchandising and boutique environment to company standards
  • Manage sales across all product categories (entry-level, mid-range, and high-end watches)
  • Ensure team adherence to company dress code standards
  • Complete all required brand training and certifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • 15+ years of sales experience with 5–7 years in a managerial role
  • Proven luxury retail management experience
  • Strong knowledge of watch trends and market competition
  • Advanced selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience managing High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra HNWIs
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Numeracy and ability to analyze sales performance
  • Jewelry or timepiece product knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in any discipline
  • Background in investment banking, asset management, affluent/private banking, or luxury real estate
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and transacting in high volumes
