Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager to drive product strategy and development in a hybrid work environment. You will manage the complete product lifecycle, define roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and translate them into product features
• Manage the product lifecycle and drive product enhancements
• Define product roadmaps and oversee product development
• Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
• Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3–4 years' experience in product management, preferably in software development
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies
• Proficiency in JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Agile (SCRUM), data analysis, technical writing, A/B testing, and programming basics

Nice to Have

• CPM or Agile Project Management certification
