We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to design and execute multi-channel digital campaigns for lead generation and listing promotion in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) for lead generation and listing promotion
• Create engaging content and manage social media channels to increase followers and engagement rates
• Optimize property listings and website content to increase search engine rankings
• Produce compelling content, including short-form video tours, blog posts, and listing descriptions
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM) to monitor performance (CTR, CPL, ROI) and refine strategies
• Collaborate with sales teams to nurture leads generated from digital campaigns

Requirements:

• Minimum HND qualification
• 3+ years in digital marketing, specifically within the real estate industry
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
• Familiarity with CRM systems and design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong written and verbal skills for ad copy and content creation
• Ability to analyze data and allocate marketing budgets for maximum ROI
• Fluent in English

Salary: NGN 70,000 - 150,000 per month
