Receptionist - Head Office

Join Coca-Cola HBC as a Receptionist at our Head Office in Nigeria. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, managing reception processes while maintaining the highest standards of security and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage visitor access and reception processes professionally
  • Enforce security procedures and access control protocols
  • Support a safe and welcoming environment for employees and guests
  • Maintain accurate visitor and access records
  • Provide administrative support, including purchase requisitions and POs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–4 years' experience in customer service, front office, or administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and access control systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
