Business Development Manager – Corporate Training

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our corporate training division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and professional services marketing.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in business development, client relationship management or marketing of professional services.
• Familiar with the training, consulting, professional development or corporate learning environment.
• Comfortable communicating with corporate decision-makers and developing professional relationships.
• Able to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Confident in preparing proposals, making presentations and engaging clients professionally.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Commercially aware, with a genuine interest in developing business opportunities and long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, client relations, marketing or a similar role.
• Previous experience in a training or consulting organization is highly preferred.
• Experience in corporate/B2B services will be an advantage.
• Experience working with organizations in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Power, Construction, Marine, Engineering or related sectors will be an added advantage.
• MBA/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline is desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
