Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Assist with product information, order tracking, returns, and general support. • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems. • Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay informed about our products, promotions, and the latest in sports trends.
Requirements • Previous experience in customer service (experience in the sports industry is a plus). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Passion for sports and excellent knowledge of major sports and events. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary 100K Monthly Net
