Customer Relationship Officer

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to oversee customer interactions, manage relationships using CRM and ERP systems, and develop retention strategies. This role involves managing maintenance services, handling visa application support, and ensuring customer satisfaction across key industry clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interactions between customers and key team members
• Use CRM and ERP systems to manage relationships internally and externally
• Develop and nurture customer retention plans
• Manage all existing and unsatisfied clients
• Supervise maintenance service activities
• Develop plans ensuring high profitability for maintenance activities
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configurations
• Analyze data and generate reports on team operations and productivity
• Draft and execute after-sales maintenance plans
• Advise clients on visa options, requirements, and procedures
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application documents
• Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration regulations
• Track application progress and provide client updates
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Handle complex cases with tailored solutions
• Meet assigned targets and performance metrics

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree, HND, or ND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Relations, or English
• 3–5 years of experience in a customer relationship role
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Emotional intelligence and empathy
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Data management understanding
• Good social media usage (preferred)

Salary

N120,000 per month
