Call Centre Executives

Call Centre Executives are needed to support customer service and enquiry management operations for a travel agency. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, live chat, CRM updates, client follow-up, complaint escalation, and shift handover.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and live chat
• Update CRM and manage client follow-ups
• Escalate complaints and perform shift handover

Requirements

• First degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Management or related field
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in call centre operations, customer service, or related environment
• Experience with CRM systems or customer service platforms is an advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work on a shift basis including morning, afternoon, evening, weekend or extended coverage shifts
• Strong attention to detail, patience, confidentiality, and client service attitude

Salary ₦150,000 monthly gross
