Customer Relations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Confirm orders and follow up with customers
- Respond via WhatsApp Business and phone calls
- Update customer records using CRM systems
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 1+ year in Customer Service, Call Center or Customer Relations
Salary: ₦100,000–₦150,000/month
