A Customer & Sales Executive is needed to prospect and onboard new clients, build relationships with existing clients, track sales performance metrics, collaborate with the veterinary team, and handle client feedback. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or customer relationship management, strong communication skills, and a target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new clients through targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and repeat visits.
• Track sales performance metrics and client data daily to identify growth opportunities and improve service uptake.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to promote services, packages, and wellness plans.
• Handle client feedback and escalated issues professionally to maintain a high-quality service reputation.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years in sales or customer relationship management, ideally within a service-based industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Data-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Preference for candidates residing in Ajah, Lagos.
