Direct Sales Executive

Skache Integrated Services Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Executive to acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients, promoting investment products and providing tailored financial advice.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients
  • Promote and sell investment products (mutual funds, equities, bonds, PMS, etc.)
  • Provide tailored financial advice based on client needs and risk profiles
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Stay updated on financial markets, products, and competitor offerings
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records (including KYC)
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product and strategy alignment
  • Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources
  • Protect organizational confidentiality

Requirements

  • OND/HND or B.Sc. degree with a minimum of lower credit/second class lower from accredited institutions
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail when presenting and writing proposals
  • Strong networking skills
  • Motivation for sales and ability to convert individuals and corporates to customers
  • Strong understanding of the financial market
